摘    要:基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立内嵌式卡瓦尾管悬挂器的力学模型。分析不同工况下卡瓦、外层套管、锥套和本体的应力分布及变形,确定了塑形应变程度,得到了该悬挂器的最大承载力约为2 800 kN。通过理论和数值模拟对比分析,验证数值模拟分析的合理性。为现场应用提供理论依据。

Abstract:Using ABAQUS finite element analysis software and setting up a mechanical model, the stress distribution and strength of embedded slips, casing, sleeve, and body in the process of biting under different working conditions were calculated and analyzed, the degree of plastic strain is determined and the maximum load-carrying capacity of the hanger is also obtained, which is about 2 800 kN. By contrasting to the theoretical and model test, the rationality of model analysis was indicated, which provides a theory basis for the field application.
