| 摘 要： | 根据河湖长制的主要任务和智慧水利的本质,分析二者之间的关系,阐明智慧水利对于推动河湖长制工作的重要意义,指出河湖长制信息化建设应遵循的主要原则,构建一套以河湖长制管理体系为核心,包含5个中心模块和n个业务应用的河湖长制信息化系统架构,并给出具体的应用实例,对于智慧河湖长制信息化建设有一定指导意义。

| Abstract: | According to the main tasks of river and lake chief system and the essence of smart water, analyzes the relationship between them, illustrates the significance of smart water for promoting the work of river and lake chief system, points out the main principles to be followed in the information system construction of river and lake chief system, and constructs an information system architecture of river and lake chief system which is based on the management system of river and lake chief system and includes 5 main modules and N business applications. At last, it presents a concrete application. |
