大斜度井岩屑床分析及新型井眼清洁工具应用

摘    要:在钻井过程中,大斜度井段易堆积形成岩屑床,引起卡钻、摩阻增大、机械钻速降低等问题。为解决岩屑上返问题,利用Landmark软件对岩屑床沉积规律进行了模拟分析,并研制了一种新型井眼清洁工具。岔X井的试验应用表明,新型井眼清洁工具能有效解决大斜度井岩屑返出问题,明显降低井眼摩阻,下入工具后两次收集的岩屑量是不使用工具的4.1倍、1.3倍,摩阻最大下降54.9%。

Abstract:In drilling process,the cuttings is easily accumulated in cutting bed in the highly deviated well section,which causes sticking,high friction drag,low ROP and other problems.In order to solve the problem of cuttings return,a simulation analysis of the accumulation law of cuttings bed was carried out by using Landmark software,and a new type of hole cleaning tools has been developed.The experimental application of new tools in Cha-X well shows it can effectively solve the highly deviated well cuttings return problems,significantly reduce the friction drag of wellbore,the amount of cuttings collected two times after use of the tools is 4.1 times and 1.3 times greater than that unused tools,the friction drag decreased up to 54.9%.
