长井段膨胀管补贴在Hu16P3井的应用

针对Hu16P3井177.8 mm(7英寸)技术套管自由段5处破损井段总长约70 m的情况,应用了长井段膨胀管套管补贴技术。通过40臂井径成像测井配合示踪流量和井温找漏测井,准确诊断套管技术状况和定位套损井段。优化设计膨胀管工艺参数和技术指标,提出长井段膨胀管补贴关键技术及施工方法。套管补贴后试压15 MPa,稳压10 min,压降≤0.3 MPa,有效封堵漏点,油井恢复产能6.8 t/d,含水率降至2.8%,已连续生产1 541 d未出现套管破损,且目前持续有效,累计增产原油1.048×10⁴ t。为膨胀管补贴技术应用于修复长井段套管破损提供了现场经验。

Application of Expansion Tube Patch of Long Well Section in Hu16P3 Well

In view of the 5 breakages in the free section of the Hu16P3 well 7 "technology casing and the length of the damaged section reaches about 70 m, the technology of casing patch for the long well section expansion tube is studied and applied. The technology status of casing is diagnosed through 40 arm caliper imaging logging, tracer flow logging and well temperature leak finding logging. Based on the data of casing damage section, the technical parameters of expansion tube are designed, and the key construction technology of long well section casing patch is put forward. Successful leak plugging after casing patch, 15 MPa casing pressure test, the pressure drop is less than or equal to 0.3 MPa in 10 minutes, the recovery capacity of the oil well reaches 6.8 t/d, water cut to 2.8%, no casing breakage has been found for 1,541 days in continuous production, accumulative production increased by 10.48 thousand tons, the field experience is provided for the application of the expansion tube patch technology to repair the breakage of the free section of the casing.
