深水弃井作业一体化技术及关键工具研究

摘    要:现有的深水弃井作业程序需要多趟钻才能完成,作业成本高,且注水泥管柱下入困难。为了提高弃井的作业效率,研究了深水弃井一体化工艺,设计了关键工具,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,该技术可以一趟钻完成切割套管、注水泥封固井口、回收井口头作业,可以降低弃井作业成本,简化作业程序,提高作业的可靠性。

Abstract:The existing deep water abandoned well operation procedures require many drills to complete, the operation cost is high, and it is difficult to inject cement pipe into the hole. In order to improve the operation efficiency of the abandoned well, the integrated technology of deep water abandoned well was studied, key tools were designed and tested. The results show that the technique can be used to finish the oral operation of cutting casing, cementing well mouth and recovery well. Therefore, the technique can reduce the operation cost, simplify the operation procedure and improve the reliability of the operation.
