基于数值模拟技术的铸钢节点可靠度研究

摘    要:对比了蒙特卡罗法和响应面法的各自特点,并针对重庆江北机场铸钢节点的可靠性分析问题,选取响应面法开展相关的研究.对重庆江北机场铸钢节点中的三肢边节点和三肢中节点选取一定的输入和输出变量,通过参数化建模,拟合出铸钢节点的响应面方程.在响应面上进行蒙特卡罗模拟,最后根据PDS后处理的输出结果对铸钢节点的可靠性进行分析和评估.

Abstract:The respective characteristics between Monte Carlo method and response surface method were compared,and in the process of reliability analysis of Chongqing Jiangbei Airport cast steel joints,response surface method was chosen to carry out relevant research.Selecting a certain input and output variables of three-branch-edge cast steel joints and three-branch-middle joints in Chongqing Jiangbei Airport,the response surface equation can be fitted by means of parametric modeling.Then the Monte Carlo simulation is processed in response surface,finally,the reliability of the cast steel joints was analyzed and evaluated based on the output of PDS post-processing.
