摘    要:为有效提高反击式破碎机功率的利用效率,分析了影响电动机功率选用的物料性质、生产率、转子规格、转子线速度、转子转动惯量、进料粒级以及破碎比等有关因素,提出了确定电动机功率的有效方法,以达到提高反击式破碎机的性能和节省能耗的目的,同时也能够降低企业的运行成本,提高经济效益,对反击式破碎机电动机功率的确定有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:In order to effectively improve the power utilization efficiency of the impact crusher,the paper analyzed the relevant factors such as material properties,productivity,rotor size,rotor linear velocity,rotor rotating inertia,feeding diameter and crushing ratio influencing the determination of the motor power,and put forward the effective method of determining the motor power.Thus the performance of the impact crusher improved and the energy consumption reduced,meanwhile the operation cost reduced and the economic benefit improved in enterprises.The study had some reference value for the determination of the motor power of the impact crusher.
