| 摘 要： | 随着国家建设工程投资体制的改革,BOT项目运作形式作为项目建设管理的一种方式,逐步大量地被引入到高速公路、城市桥梁等公共基础设施项目建设中来。本文通过路桥BOT项目(建造、运营、移交)全过程风险分析,以期利于投资人对项目进行风险控制管理。

| Abstract: | As the reform of investment system for the national construction projects moves on,BOT,as a project es- tablishment and management model,has more and more been introduced into the highway,metropolitan bridge and other public infrucstructural projects.Based on a full-range risk analysis of BOT(Build-Operation-Transfer) projects,this article provides a better scheme of risk control and management for investors. |
