磁敏Z元件应用

摘    要:Z元件磁敏传感器具有体积小、电路简单、易于集成、抗噪力强等特性,其输出信号可以是模拟信号也可是数字信号。位移传感器利用固定在磁铁上的Z元件与平板齿轮的相对运动将位移量的变化转变为磁场的周期变化,变化的周期磁场信号转变为电压的脉冲信号,脉冲的数量与位移量成正比。触觉传感器通过弹性活塞装置把力转化为Z元件与磁铁之间的距离,此距离与磁场强度成反比,而磁场与Z元件输出的电压成正比,使触觉处受力的改变转变为电压的改变。马蹄型磁极与转盘固定,转盘转动时,磁极围绕Z元件转动,使Z元件的电压输出为脉冲信号。

Abstract:The magnetosensor with Z-element,whose output signal is either simulated signal or digital signal,can be easily integrated in small size and a simple structure with a performance of anti-chirp.The displacement sensor can transform the change in quantity of motion into the periodic change of magnetic field by using the relative motion between the Z-element fixed on the magnet and the plate gear.The changeable cyclical magnetic field signal can be transformed into the voltage pulse signal,and the quantity of pulses and the quantity of displacements are proportional.The touch sensor can transform the force into the distance between the Z-element and the magnet through the elastic piston installation,with the distance and the strength of magnetic field being in reverse proportion,while the magnetic field and the output voltage of Z-element being proportional,so the changes of the force on the touch sensor can be transformed into the changes of voltage.The horse's hoof magnetic pole and the turntable are fixed.When the turntable is rotating,the magnetic pole can rotate around the Z-element,making the voltage output of Z-element a pulse signal.
