多层喷射沉积制备大型厚壁耐热铝合金管坯

摘    要:采用多层喷射沉积装置与技术制备 外 6 5 0 / 内 3 6 0× 12 0 0mm的大型厚壁Al- 8.5Fe - 1.3V - 1.7Si耐热铝合金管坯 ,冷却速度高 ,组织细小 ,且壁厚增加对组织影响不大 ;多层喷射沉积耐热铝合金管坯挤压后室温强度 σb 可达 445MPa ,350℃高温强度σb 达1 95MPa ,远高于Osprey工艺制备的同类材料制品。

Abstract:The large-size 650/360×1200mm high-temperature Al-8.5Fe-1.3V-1.7Si alloy tubes are prepared by multi-layer spray deposition.The results show that the technology can gain high cooling rate,fine microstructure,and makes little change to microstrure as the wall-thickness increass.After being extruded,σ bat room temperature of the multi-layer spray-deposited tube can reach 445MPa and σ bat 350℃ 195MPa.The results are higher than that of the same material produced by Ospery technology.
