| Abstract: | The philosophy on developing the smart grid is discussed.And the connection between digital substation and smart grid is analysed.Technical points are proposed regarding the digitalization and intellectuallization practice of the power nework at the current stage,in combination with the digitalized transformation of the 500 kV Xuhang substation of the East China Grid. |
