高灵敏度酒敏元件的研制

摘    要:通过在不同比例纳米ZnO和纳米SnO2混合烧结粉体中掺杂贵金属催化剂的方法,研制了对低浓度酒精蒸气具有高灵敏度的酒敏元件.实验结果表明,在w(ZnO)=2%的SnO2复合敏感材料中掺杂贵金属Au可大幅度提高元件对低浓度酒精蒸气的灵敏度,并对同等浓度下的液化气具有较好的选择性.采用浸泡提拉法所制薄膜元件在响应恢复时间及抗温、湿度变化干扰方面,性能较厚膜元件有所提高.

Abstract:Through adulterating the sinter powder mixture of nanometer ZnO and SnO_2,with the noble metal catalyzer,we developed alcohol sensor to low concentration alcohol with high sensitivity.The testing results show that SnO_2-based sensing material,which contains 2% ZnO and noble metal catalyzer Au can promote its sensitivity to alcohol greatly.Under the same concentration of gasolme and LPG,the sensor has good selectivity to alcohol.In addition,compared to the thick-film sensor,the thin-film sensor from the dipping and pulling process has some promotion in response time,and resistant dependency to temperature and humidity.
