壳寡糖及其溴络合物的抗菌活性研究

摘    要:采用培养基稀释法测定壳寡糖及其溴络合物的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC),研究壳寡糖及其溴络合物的抗菌活性。结果表明,壳寡糖对大肠杆菌的MIC和MBC均为6.5 g/L;对白色念珠菌的MIC为4.0 g/L,MBC为8.0 g/L;对枯草芽孢杆菌的MIC和MBC均为1.5 g/L。壳寡糖溴络合物对大肠杆菌的MIC为1.0 g/L,MBC为1.2 g/L;对白色念珠菌的MIC为1.5 g/L,MBC为2.0 g/L;对枯草芽孢杆菌的MIC为1.0 g/L,MBC为1.5 g/L。与壳寡糖相比,壳寡糖溴络合物对大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌效果更好。

Abstract:To investigate the inhibitory effect of oligochitosan and its bromide complexes, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of oligochitosan and its bromide complexes was measured by medium dilution method. The results showed that the MIC and MBC of oligochitosan on Escherichia coli was 6.5 g/L; the MIC of oligochitosan on Candida albicans was 4.0 g/L, the MBC was 8.0 g/L; the MIC and MBC of oligochitosan on Bacillus subtilis was 1.5 g/L. The MIC of oligochitosan bromide complexes on E. coli was 1.0 g/L, the MBC was 1.2 g/L; the MIC on Candida albicans was 1.5 g/L, the MBC was 2.0 g/L; the MIC on Bacillus subtilis was 1.0 g/L, the MBC was 1.5 g/L. Compared with chitosan, the antibacterial activity of oligochitosan bromide complexes on E. coli, C. albicans and B. subtilis was better.
