摘    要:利用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定大米中的赭曲霉毒素A含量,确定了检测条件为:Agilent C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)为色谱柱,柱温25 ℃,流动相为乙腈-水(1%甲酸)= 45∶55,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量10 μL;激发波长333 nm,发射波长460 nm。结果表明,赭曲霉毒素A在0~200 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好(R2= 0.999 16),平均加样回收率为77.7%~81.1%,平均相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%~3.1%,检出限为0.8 ng/kg。该方法快速准确,适用于大米中的赭曲霉毒素A含量的测定。

Abstract:The orhratoxin A (OTA) content was determined by HPLC-FLD. The determination condition was Agilent C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with acetonitrile-water (1% formic acid) (45∶55) as mobile phase, column temperature 25 ℃, flowing rate 1.0 ml/min, sample loading volume 10 μl, extraction wavelength 333 nm and emission wavelength 460 nm. The results showed that the OTA content showed good linear relationship in the range of 0-200 ng/ml, the average recovery was 77.7%-81.1%, and relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.1%-3.1%, and the detection limit was 0.8 ng/kg. The method was quick and convenient for detection of OTA in rice.
