灵芝多糖的超声辅助碱提工艺优化

摘    要:对灵芝多糖的超声辅助碱提取工艺进行了优化,根据单因素试验结果进行正交试验,最终得到最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶40(g∶mL),超声功率105 W,超声时间20 min,水浴提取温度100 ℃,水浴提取时间80 min。在此最佳提取工艺条件下,多糖含量为67.8 mg/g。并针对4个不同地区的灵芝子实体多糖分别用该优化的工艺和传统的水提法进行提取和测定,结果表明利用该优化工艺提取的多糖的含量为水提法的1.5~3.0倍。试验证明优化后的超声辅助碱提灵芝多糖工艺具有优越性。

Abstract:Ultrasonic-assisted alkaline extraction technology of polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum was optimized. According to the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the optimal processing conditions were as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1∶40(g∶ml), ultrasonic power 105 W, ultrasonic time 20 min, water bath temperature 100 ℃ and time 80 min. Under this condition, the polysaccharide content was 67.8 mg/g. Polysaccharide of G. lucidum from four different regions was extracted by the optimal technology and traditional water extraction method, respectively. The results showed the polysaccharides content extracted by the optimized method was 1.5-3.0 times than that by water extraction method. The optimal ultrasonic-assisted alkaline extraction technology had great superiority.
