微生物油脂提取技术的研究进展

摘    要:该文介绍了微生物油脂的组成特点、国内外研究现状、生产工艺,着重叙述主要提取方法,包括超临界CO2萃取法、有机溶剂萃取法、索氏抽提法、酸热法、酶解辅助萃取、超声波辅助萃取、反复冻融辅助萃取和微波辅助萃取,分析论述了这些方法对产油微生物油脂萃取率的影响,同时总结了这些提取方法的原理、优点和研究现状,并分析了微生物油脂提取技术的发展趋势。

Abstract:The composition characteristics, overseas and domestic research actuality and production technology of microbial oils were introduced. The main extraction methods, such as supercritical CO2 fluid extraction, organic solvent extraction, Soxhlet extraction, acid-heating method, enzymatic assisted extraction, ultrasonic assisted extraction, repeated freeze-thaw assisted extraction, were reviewed. The effect of extraction methods on oil extraction rate was analyzed and discussed. In the meantime, the principle, advantages and status were summarized, and the development tendency of extraction technology of microbial oil was analyzed.
