摘    要:以德江天麻为原料,优化超声波辅助提取德江天麻中多糖的工艺条件。在考察料液比、超声时间、超声温度、粒度4个因素对天麻多糖提取率的影响的基础上,采用响应面法建立以天麻多糖提取率为响应值的二次回归数学模型。超声波辅助提取各因素对天麻多糖提取率的影响大小为:料液比>超声温度>超声时间>粒度。最佳提取条件为:天麻粒度为过60目筛(0.250 mm)、料液比为1∶25(g∶mL)、超声温度为40 ℃的条件下超声提取35 min,德江天麻多糖提取率为33.4%。

Abstract:Using Gastrodia elata in Dejiang as raw material, the extraction condition of polysaccharides from G. elata in Dejiang was optimized by ultrasound assisted extraction. On the basis of single factor experiment, the effect of solid to liquid ratio, ultrasonic time, temperature and particle size of G. elata on the yield of polysaccharides was developed, and the quadratic regression model was established by response surface methodology using G. elata polysaccharide extraction ratio as response value. The results showed that the effect of the factors on polysaccharide yield in order was solid- liquid ratio, ultrasonic temperature, time, particle size. And the optimal polysaccharide extraction condition was G. elata particle size 0.250 mm, solid to liquid ratio 1∶25 (g∶ml), ultrasonic temperature 40 ℃, time 35 min, and the polysaccharide yield was 33.4%.
