产纤溶酶海洋放线菌的筛选及初步鉴定

摘    要:从渤海湾海水和海泥样本中筛选得到产纤溶酶的菌株。通过添加抑制剂对样品预处理、调整培养基配方和添加目标蛋白诱导培养以筛选得到菌株,通过生理生化实验和16S rRNA序列分析,进行菌株种属鉴定。结果表明,调整富集和筛选的培养基配方,获得了一株产纤溶酶的菌株MY0504,初步推断为链霉菌属(Streptomyces sp.)。

Abstract:A fibrinolytic enzyme-producing strain was screened from Bohai Bay seawater and sea mud sample. The sample strains were pretreated by adding inhibitors, adjusting medium formula, and inducing culture by adding target protein to screen the target strain. The strain was identified by physiological and biochemical experiments and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The results showed that after adjusting the medium formula, strains with big differences can be obtained. A strain MY0504 which can produce fibrinolytic enzyme was isolated and identified as Streptomyces sp.
