金银花中绿原酸的双水相萃取及抗氧化能力研究

摘    要:为合理利用大别山金银花资源,以罗田县的金银花及其茎、叶为试验材料,利用双水相体系萃取绿原酸,并研究了其抗氧化活性。结果表明:50 mL丙酮/磷酸氢二钾(K2HPO4)双水相体系萃取绿原酸的最佳条件为酮水比8.5∶1.5(V/V),磷酸氢二钾添加量3 g,水提液绿原酸质量浓度22.9 g/L。在此条件下,绿原酸含量为56.27%,收率为98.46%,且其绿原酸的羟基自由基清除能力较强,从而为大别山金银花资源的开发利用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:For reasonable utilization of Dabie Mountains honeysuckle resources, using the flowers, branches and leaves of honeysuckle as test materials, the chlorogenic acid was extracted by aqueous two-phase system, and the antioxidant activity was researched. Results indicated that the optimum extraction conditions of chlorogenic acid in 50 ml acetone and K2HPO4 aqueous two-phase system were ketone-water ratio 8.5∶1.5(V/V), K2HPO4 addition 3 g, water extract chlorogenic acid content 22.9 g/L. Under the conditions, the content and yield of chlorogenic acid was 56.27% and 98.4%, respectively. The chlorogenic acid had a good capacity of scavenging hydroxyl radical, which provided a theoretical basis for the development and application of Dabie Mountains honeysuckle resources.
