摘    要:丰城电厂2号机组抗燃油酸值超标,其主要原因是旁路再生装置未投运及运行油温偏高。对此提出了相应的解决办法,并提出抗燃油系统的运行维护要点:(1)加强对运行油质的监督,特别是对酸值的监测;(2)旁路再生装置要连续运行,且吸附剂须及时更换;(3)应广洛控制油温。

Abstract:The main causes leading to over-proof acid value of fire-resistant oil for unit No.2 in Fengcheng Power Plant are the by-pass regenerative facility being not put into operation, and the oil temperature in operation is comparatively high. The corresponding resolving measures have been put forward, and main points for attention in operation and maintenance of the fire-resistant oil system being given, namely:(1) strengthening oil quality supervision in operation, especially to monitor the acid value of said oil; (2) the by-pass regenerative facility has to be continuously in operation, and the absorbents have to be timely replaced; (3) the oil temperature has to be strictly controlled.
