摘    要:行星轮减速器具有传动效率高、结构紧凑等优点,在冶金、矿山中得到了广泛的应用。行星轮系优化设计是在保证承载能力的条件下,能达到行星轮减速器的体积最小。采用Matlab优化工具箱来进行优化,可以得到较小的体积以及较好的传动性能,并通过与传统优化方法比较,验证了本算法的可行性和正确性。

Abstract:Planetary gear reducer has lots of advantages.e.g. Its high transmission efficiency, compact structure ,and has a variety of applications in metallurgy and mines.The optimization design of the planetary gear train could make the volume at minimum under the conditions of carrying capacity. It can be smaller and better transmission performance with the matlab optimization toolbox, illustrate the feasibility and correctness of this algorithm by comparing with the traditional optimal methods.
