32头纺涤纶全拉伸丝生产应用探讨

针对德国Barmag公司最新研制的32头纺Wings FDY设备,利用熔体直纺,采用Wings 55T—1600/32"双胞胎"卷绕设备,结合自身实际生产情况,从喷丝板排列结构、卷绕拉伸定形、高速上油等方面对32头纺设备和工艺问题进行探讨,通过对设备的摸索和生产工艺的控制,生产出高产能、低成本的涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)。

Discussion on 32 Ends Polyester Fully Drawn Yarn Production

Aimed at the newly developed 32 ends Wings FDY spinning machine from German Barmag Company, the technology of melt direct spinning and the "twin" winding equipment of Wings 55T-1600/32 were used. Combined with their actual production, the problems of the 32 ends Wings FDY spinning machine from the side of spinnerets array structure, wind stretch heat settiny, high-speed oil application and so on were investigated. The 32 ends Wings FDY spinning machine can produce the polyester FDY with the highest capacity and the lowest cost.
