分离式热管回热器用于热泵干燥系统传热分析

在回热闭式热泵干燥系统中，用分离式热管将进入蒸发器的空气先行冷却，取得湿空气的热量，同时又用这部分热量来加热出蒸发器的干空气，以提高热泵干燥系统的去湿能力。该文分析了分离式热管在这种工况下的传热性能，并根据热泵干燥系统的特点，对热管回热器作了具体的设计。最后，分别对有热管回热器和无热管回热器的热泵干燥系统进行了实验对比，取得了满意的结果。

ANALYSIS OF HEAT TRANSFER ON HEAT RECOVERY EXCHANGER OF SEPARATE HEAT PIPE APPLYING TO HEAT PUMP DRYING SYSTEM

In the heat pump drying system, the air coming from drying room is cooled before entering the evaporator, and the air from the evaporator is heated by heat recovery exchanger of separate heat pipe. The drying ability of the heat pump drying system is increased . The characters of heat transfer of separate heat pipe are analyzed in heat recovery exchanger. According to the characters of the heat pump drying system, the heat recovery exchanger of separate heat pipe is designed. Comparative experimental tests of heat pump in drying with close air circulation and heat pump in drying with heat pipe recovery exchange were conducted .The result is satisfactory.
