| 摘 要： | 某锻压厂生产的60CrMnMo卷板机辊子发生开裂。采用化学成分分析、硬度检测和金相检验等方法对断裂的试样进行分析。结果表明,该卷板机辊子掉圈开裂是由淬火裂纹引起的。

| Abstract: | The roll of 60CrMnMo rolling machine made by forging factory is cracked .The fractured specimen is analyzed by chemical composition analysis , hardness test and metallographic examination .The results show that the cracking of bending machine roll which is out of ring is caused by the quenching crack . |
