摘    要:运用计算流体力学(CFD)对牙科治疗用气动高速涡轮手机的噪声进行模拟分析,在定常的基础上,利用宽频声源模型确定了手机涡轮产生气动噪声的主要位置,并采用大涡模拟方法(LES),结合FW-H声学模型,模拟出离散噪声的分布.基于对模拟结果的分析,对涡轮结构进行了优化设计,并通过实验验证表明优化有效降低了涡轮手机的噪声.

Abstract:The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was used to do simulation analysis on the noise of dental high speed turbine handpiece. On the basis of steady state, the broadband noise source model was adopted to determine the main position of the aerodynamic noise generated from turbine handpieces; Using the large eddy simulation (LES), in combination with FW-H acoustic model, to simulate the discrete noise distribution of handpiece. Based on the analysis of simulation results, the structure of the turbine was optimized, the optimal structure was obtained, the experimental verification was done, and the experimental results showed that handpiece noise was reduced.
