分析海绵钛中氧元素的来源及改进措施

摘    要:通过对镁热还原-真空蒸馏联合法制备海绵钛的生产过程特点分析,探讨了海绵钛中杂质氧元素的主要来源及支出;结合海绵钛不同部位氧含量的检测结果,分析得出杂质氧元素在海绵钛坨中的分布规律,并提出了降低海绵钛中氧含量的有效措施。

Abstract:based on magnesium thermal reduction-vacuum distillation combined production process characteristics analysis of the preparation of titanium sponge, titanium sponge is discussed in the main source of impurity oxygen and spending; Combined with titanium sponge test results of the different parts of the oxygen content, analysis impurity oxygen distribution in titanium sponge tuo, and puts forward some effective measures to reduce oxygen content in titanium sponge.
