Cr22合金铸铁溜槽衬板的开发与试验研究

摘    要:介绍了溜槽衬板的使用工况条件及技术要求,研究开发了新型Cr22MoWVTiNbRE钢铁高炉溜槽衬板,其化学成分为:w(C)2.6%~3.2%,w(Si)0.4%~0.8%,w(Mn)0.5%~1.0%,w(Cr)21.0%~23.0%,w(Mo)0.9%~1.1%,w(W)1.1%~1.8%,w(Cu)0.4%~0.6%,w(V)0.3%~0.5%,w(Ti)0.06%~0.2%,w(Nb)0.1%~0.5%,w(RE)0.04%~0.08%,w(S)≤0.06%,w(P)≤0.06%。热处理工艺为980~1050℃淬火+280~520℃回火,得到的硬度超过63.6HRC,冲击值超过24.66J/cm2;450~520℃二次回火,金相组织为回火马氏体+共晶碳化物(M7C3)+二次碳化物+少量残余奥氏体,得到的铸件硬度超过64HRC。

Abstract:The working conditions and technical requirements of chute liners were introduced. A new kind of chute liner made of Cr22MoWVTiNbRE was researched and developed. Its composition was w(C) 2.6%-3.2%,w(Si) 0.4%~0.8%,w(Mn) 0.5%~1.0%, w(Cr) 21.0%~23.0%,w(Mo) 0.9%-1.1%,w(W) 1.1%~1.8%,w(Cu) 0.4%--0.6%,w(V) 0.3%--0.5%,w(Ti) 0.06%~0.2%,w(Nb) 0.1% -0.5%,w(RE) 0.04%~0.08%,w(S)≤0.06%,w(P)≤0.06%. The heat treatment was quenching at 980~1 050 ℃ ,and tempering at 280-520℃. After heat treatment,the microstrueture hardness and impact value of the casting were above 63.6 HRC and 24.66 J/cm=,respectively. The microstructure after second tempering at 450~520 ℃ was tempered martensite, eutectic carbides (M7C3), secondary carbides and small amount of residual austenite. Their hardness was above 64 HRC.
