| 摘 要： | 本文对我院首届行政管理与办公自动化专业学生文化与专业素质的自我评价作了分析。分析提示:文化素质呈主流正向性、多层次性、多元性和优劣并存的特点;专业素质呈以正向性为绝对主流的特点;班级之间有文化素质上明显的差别性和专业素质上一定程度的层次性。

| Abstract: | The article reports first the investigation and analysis of the self- valuation in the cultural and specialized qualities of the 129 freshmen in the AMAO specialty . The results show that the conditions are multi - level and complex and varied . The article then offers two strategies: the strategy of developing the advantages and vanishing the disadvantages , and the strategy of seeking for individualization . |
