| Abstract: | This paper systematically discusses the equilibrium composition of Claus reaction, the rate of catalytically converting Claus reaction and exergy equilibrium of Claus sulfur-making equipment by the minimum free energy method, and proposes two inevitable development trends of improved Claus sulfur-making equipment based on those described above. |
