摘    要:采用模糊控制技术,以高性能单片机STC12C5A60S2为控制核心,设计海水冲刷腐蚀加速试验机控制系统,在电磁干扰分析的基础上对控制系统进行系统级和板级的电磁兼容性设计。试验结果表明:该系统具有多目标控制、抗干扰能力强、功能多、操作简单、稳定可靠及成本低等特点。

Abstract:Both fuzzy control technology and STC12C5A60S2 MCU with high-performance were employed to design the control system for accelerated seawater corrosion testers;basing on analyzing the electromagnetic interference,both system-level and board-level electromagnetic compatibility design for the control system were implemented.The test results show that this control system has characteristics like multi-objective control,anti-jamming,multi-function and simple operation together with high stability and reliability and low cost.
