摘    要:利用AT89 C51微控制器和水分检测传感器设计了一个粮食水分检测系统.分析了电容水分检测传感器的工作原理及信号检测电路的实现过程,阐述了数字温度传感器、键盘、LED显示器及A、D转换器与单片机的接口方式,给出了系统软件工作流程.通过系统软、硬件联机调试,实现了粮食水分检测,能够满足粮食收储等环节的应用.

Abstract:A grain moisture detection system which consists of AT89C51 MCU and a moisture detection sensor was designed,and both working principle and signal detection circuit of the capacitive moisture detection sensor were analyzed,including the interface among MCU and the digital temperature sensor,keyboard,LED display and A/D converter as well as the work procedure of the system software.The on-line debugging system' s hardware and software shows that this moisture detection system can satisfy grain collection and storage.
