基于灰色关联度供水方案综合评价

摘    要:为了提高供水工程方案评价的科学性,运用灰色关联度理论,建立了供水工程方案综合评价模型,其中采用变异系数法确定模型中各评价指标的权重。实例研究表明,该方法用于供水工程方案评价是切实可行的。

Abstract:For improving the rationality for evaluating water-supply engineering schemes,the grey relation degree theory is applied to evaluate water-supply engineering schemes.The method of variation coefficient is used to determine the evaluated index weight,avoiding the subjectivity and partial opinion of experts.Then the model is used in a case.The study on the case indicates that the method applied in evaluating water supply project is reasonable and feasible.
