表面活性剂降低高浓度聚合物溶液注入压力的研究

摘    要:针对高浓度聚合物溶液注入压力高的实际情况,开展了表面活性剂降低高浓度聚合物注入压力的研究。室内岩心降压模拟实验表明,在表面活性剂体系驱替1PV后,使后续高浓度聚合物溶液驱替压力降低的幅度在47.86%-67、01%之间,连续注入90PV左右后,注入压力不上升。现场试验结果表明:采取表面活性剂措施可以实现高浓度(2000~2500mg/L)聚合物的连续有效注入。

Abstract:Due to high injection pressure of high concentration polymer solution,reducing injection pressure of high-concentration polymer solution with surfactant has been researched.Core pressure reduction simulation in lab indicates displacement pressure of subsequent high-concentration polymer solution is reduced by 47.86%-67.01%,after 1 PV surfactant was injected;injection pressure did not increase after continuous 90PV surfactant injection.Pilot test indicated that the surfactant would enhance continuous injectivity of high-concentration polymer solution(2000-2500mg/L,viscosity 200-250mPa.s).
