| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了教师在工程教育改革中的作用；教育过程的管理及改进目标；改进时机和步骤：包括教育目标的一致性，制定明确的战略规划及实施模式，教师和行政管理人员之间有效的合作促使教育目标的实现，教师接受培训，ASEE对教师的四项基本素质要求，教学指导中学生与教师的关系以及教学指导的准则。
