高速带材电磁纠偏系统开发

摘    要:现有的电液伺服纠偏系统可以较好地抑制带材跑偏,但是它具有结构惯性大、相应速度慢、系统维护复杂的缺点。介绍一种新型的高速带材电磁纠偏系统,可以克服现有电液伺服纠偏系统的不足,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The existing electro-hydraulic servo CPC system can control the strip deviation effectively,but its structure has some disadvantages,such as big structural inertia,slow response and complicated system maintenance.The paper introduces a new type high-speed CPC system just developed,which eliminates the disadvantages in existing CPC system and has a good future.
