浅谈PA6拉伸交络丝的工程设计

简述了在现有的锦纶拉伸机上设计生产PA6交络丝的方法。分析了交络生成的原理,认为影响交络度的主要原因是压缩空气压力、丝条张力、加工速度、原丝特性及交络喷嘴,交络喷嘴的设计、选用、安装位置的确定以及拉伸机改造、气源供给、交络工艺的设定对成丝质量都有影响。还介绍了交络质量检验分析的方法。

THE ENGINEERING DESIGN OF NYLON 6 DRAW-INTERLACED YARN

A brief illustration about design and producing nylon 6 interlaced yarn on existing nylon 6 drawing machine.It is suggested that the main factors influencing the interlacing degree are compressed air pressure,thread tension,processing speed,feed yarn characteristics and the interlacing jet performances,besides,the design,selection and location of the jet,reform of drawing machine,air supply,interlacing technology also have effects on the products quality,the test and analysis of interlacing quality are introduced as well.
