摘    要:将盐城电厂粉煤灰进行筛分,得到不同粒径的粉煤灰,分别进行了投加量、吸附时间及pH值对吸附的影响试验。结果表明,粉煤灰投加量≤35g/L时,去除率随投加量的增加而增加,超过35g/L时,去除率随投加量的增加变化不明显;较佳的吸附时间为60min,最适pH值为8,并且得出相同条件下的不同粒径粉煤灰对活性艳红K-2BP的吸附量比未筛分的粉煤灰均有一定幅度的提高;通过一、二级吸附速率方程线性回归分析表明,粉煤灰对活性艳红K-2BP的吸附符合二级吸附速率方程,且粒径越细小的粉煤灰其吸附动力学越符合二级动力学规律。

Abstract:Abstract: Experiment about addition dosage, adsorption time and pH value of different particle size fly ash, which was received via screening fly ash to Yancheng Power Plant, was carried out. The result showed that the removal rate in- creased with the dosage increased when fly ash dosage ≤ 35g / L, however more than 35g / L, the removal rate increased with the dosage did not change significantly, and the better adsorption time was 60min, the optimal pH value of 8, and under the same conditions, adsorption amount of red K -2BP by different particle size fly ash compared with the without screening fly ash had a certain margin increase. By linear regression analysis of first - order and second - order kinetics model of Lagergren showed that the fly ash on reactive red K - 2BP in line with second - order kinetics model of Lagergren, and the more the small particle size of fly ash, the more consistent with second - order kinetics model of Lagergren.
