有源钳位ZVS-SEPIC变换器研究

摘    要:研究了一种有源钳位ZVS-SEPIC拓扑,采用辅助开关和PWM信号调制,大大降低了谐振对变换器的影响,使得主开关和辅助开关均工作在ZVS状态,提高了效率.重点分析了该电路的工作原理,给出了LC谐振网络的设计参数,并通过仿真实验,验证了相关理论.

Abstract:An active clamped topology for ZVS-SEPIC is proposed.The resonant effect on the converter is reduced in the converter because of using auxiliary switch and pulse width modulation.And the efficiency of converter is increased because main and auxiliary switch can be turned on ZVS.The principle and design of LC resonant network is analyzed.The experimental results verify the validity of the theory.
