金属陶瓷覆层材料坯体的料浆法成形工艺

摘    要:以无水乙醇和丁酮的共沸体系为溶剂,三油酸甘油酸为分散剂,PVB为粘结剂,丙三醇和DOP为增塑剂,环己酮为均化剂,将Fe-6B-48Mo混合粉末制备成为均匀分散、稳定悬浮的料浆。利用此料浆,通过三种方法成形了覆层材料的坯体:用流延成形法制备出颗粒分布均匀、结构致密、厚度可控、具有适宜柔韧性和拉伸强度的覆层薄片坯体,根据覆层厚度要求可将一层或多层坯体叠置在钢基体上烧结;用雾化喷涂法或涂刷法直接在钢材或工件表面上形成厚度均匀、结构致密、粘结牢固的覆层坯体。对覆层坯体成形工艺中的干燥技术、坯体厚度控制技术等进行了研究。

Abstract:Using ethanol (methyl ethyl ketone) binary azeotropic mixtures as solvent, glycerol trioleate as dispersant, poly(vinyl butyral) as binder, glycerol and di n octyl o phthalate as plasticizer, cyclohexanone as homogenizer, the Mo (Fe B) Fe mixed powders have been made into slip. The slip possesses good technical properties such as homogeneous and stable suspending. The green bodies have been prepared by tape casting method, atomizing spray or paint directly on the substrate or part surface. The green body possesses uniform particle distribution, compact structure, controllable thickness, proper flexility and tensile strength. The drying process and the thickness controlling method of the cladding green body have been studied.
