| 摘 要： | 通过研究分析素质教育研究的现状与发展趋势，确立以素质评价体系研究的中心，重点研究素质评价指标体系构建的原则、指标结构的要素与内涵、测评办法建立的原则、方法步骤及结果处理，完成“体系”构建和“办法”建立，并对研究的继续、深化进行了探讨。 |

| Abstract: | This article sets out to analyze the present situation of quality education research and its developing trend. Centered on the evaluation system research of quality education, the paper attaches importance to the principles of system framework, elements and implications of traget construction, principles of method establishing, stepd and results handling. Thus the authors accomplish the system framework and method establishing and probe into the development of quality education. |
