多功能毛细管吸入时间仪的研制

摘    要:多功能毛细管吸入时间仪是在美国CST仪的基础上重新研制的。该仪器采用全集成电路,时间、电阻为LET显示。仪器除了能测定页岩分散性之外,还增添了快速测定泥浆失水量和电阻率的功能,因而为研究页岩分类及跟踪页岩井段受冲蚀的程度提供了新的手段。该仪器通过现场使用,证明性能稳定,操作简便,重复性好,并可适合于野外作业。

Abstract:A multifunctional CST (Capillary Suction Time) apparatus presentcd here has been researchcd and produced anew on the basis of CST apparatus made in USA. The first advanccd development has been manufactured by the Shashi Electronic Research Institute and tried out in Jianghan Oilfield. This apparatus, applying integrated circuit and LET display for filtration time and electrical resitivity of mud as well as AC/DC power supply, is able to measure mud filtration loss and its resistivity in addition to deter mining both shale content and dispcrsity. With the new CST apparatus, it is possible to predict which formations exhibit risk of causing stuck pipe, to study shale classification system and to track and showareas where hole washout is likely to occur. Pilot tests demonstrate that the apparatus is capable of producing repeatable results, and easy to operate for field work.
