| 摘 要： | 啤酒糟是啤酒生产中主要副产物（占副产物的58%以上），其干基含蛋白质23%-27%，是饲料蛋白的好资源，研究了以啤酒糟为原料，通过混合菌种发酵，以改善啤酒糟的营养成分，提高其蛋白质的含量的工艺。

| Abstract: | Brewers grain is a main by-products in the production of beer(amounts to 80% of the whole by-products) and includs 23%～27% protein on dry basis. So it is a good resource of feed protein. The technology for improving the nutritional components and protein contents of brewers grain through solid fermentation with mixed medium was studied. |
