国内外电解铝工业发展的现状和趋势

几年来,全球铝产量和铝消费量持续增长,世界铝工业发展方兴未艾,呈现三个明显趋势:一是世界铝工业的组织结构日趋规模化、集团化和国际化;二是铝电解槽日趋大型化或超大型化,其科技含量、智能化程度越来越高;三是电解铝生产的技术经济指标向着高产、优质、低耗、长寿和低污染的方向加快进步。因此,中国铝工业只有加快组织结构、技术结构和产品结构调整步伐,才能在激烈的国际竞争中,实现由世界铝工业大国向世界铝工业强国的转变。本文通过对所收集资料的整理,分析和研究了世界电解铝工业发展的历程、现状和前景以及市场供求状况,阐述了世界电解铝工业发展的趋势,提出了今后发展我国铝工业的六条建议。

Current Status and Trend of Electrolytic Aluminum Industry in China and Abroad

The global production and consumption of aluminum is increased continuously in recent years and clearly shows three trends;the formation of large scale international group in aluminum industry;electrolytic cells become more large and its intellectualization degree becomes mor high;and the technical-economical indexes trends to be high productivity,super quality low material consumption,long service time and low pollution.Therefore,the aluminum industry in China should speed up the reorganization of enterprise,adjusting technology improvement and product structure,so as to ensure China became a powerful aluminum producer in the severe international competition.In this paper,the current situation and prospect of aluminum industry and market in the world is reviewed;six corresponding suggestions are presented.
