摘    要:随着煤矿向高产高效方向的发展,采煤机的牵引力、牵引速度大幅提高,对齿轨轮强度的要求也越来越高。文中介绍将CAM技术用于实际加工中,提高了加工制造的精度,对解决齿轨轮断齿等失效问题起到关键性作用。

Abstract:As the coal mining industry is developing with the orientation for great production and high efficiency,the power of the shearer the requirement for the strength traction and its speed are both increasing correspondingly and thus of gear wheel tracks becomes higher.The CAM technology is used in the actual processing to improve the accuracy and solve the problems such as broken teeth.
