| 摘 要： | 金属塑性成形不仅能够成形形状复杂的零件，而且还能改变零件内部的力学性能，减少后续的机加工工作量，从而降低产品的制造成本，在制造业中得到了广泛的应用，在国民经济中具有重要的作用。本文分析了金属材料的挤压成形加工工艺原理及技术，并以套筒扳手的成形为实例，详细阐述了金属材料成形的工艺性分析、工艺方案选择、工序设计、温挤压力的计算、压力机的选择以及模具结构的设计等。
