汽油脱硫吸附剂的研究

摘    要:开发了在无机促进剂作用下担载多金属改性硅胶基的选择吸附脱硫剂,在室温条件下用于汽油的模型化合物和直馏汽油的吸附脱硫。结果表明,本文研制的担载过渡金属吸附荆对硫化物的选择吸附有效,在常压、室温的低投资和操作费用下能有效脱除硫醇、硫醚、噻吩类硫化合物。

Abstract:A new desulfurization adsorbent,silicone modified with multi-metals at the present of inorganic latent solvent is developed.The adsorbent is applied for adsorption desulfurization of gasoline by using the static adsorption of model compounds and straight gasoline at room temperature.The results indicate that the transition metal-based adsorbent developed in this work is effective for selectively adsorbing the sulfur compounds.The process can effectively remove thioalcohol,thioether and thiophene sulfur compounds in the liquid hydrocarbon fuels at room temperature under atmospheric pressure with low investment and operating cost.
