| 摘 要： | 讨论了利用信息的共享来解决供应链中的牛鞭效应，利用电子商务和企业信息系统的集成来加速和平滑供应链的运行，从而提高了供应链的性能。同时还分析了用internet作为信息共享和电子商务的优势及存在的问题，认为XML将是电子商务发展的一个重要手段。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the two ways to improve supply chain efficiency. One is using information shar-ing to solve bullwhip effect, the other is through electronic commerce( EC), which makes supply chain more effective and more efficient by intergrating EC with management information system. This paper also analyses some advantages and drawbacks of using internet framework to build information sharing and electronic com-merce system. It concludes that XML will be a important method of improving EC. |
