内压缩流程空分设备设置液体膨胀机探讨

摘    要:简析内压缩流程空分设备设置液体膨胀机的节能效应,以60000 m3/h内压缩流程空分设备为例,介绍高压液空节流和高压液空膨胀两种流程方案的压缩机组的技术参数。基于有效能比较,分析内压缩流程空分设备设置液体膨胀机的可靠性及经济性。

Abstract:The effect of energy-saving of fixing liquid expander in inner compression process air separation plant is briefed.Here,with 60000 m3/h inner compression process air separation plant as example,the technical parameters of compressors of two process schemes(high-pressure liquefied air throttle and high-pressure liquefied air expansion) are outlined,and the reliability and economy of fixing liquid expander in inner compression process air separation plant is analyzed on basis of efficiency.
