摘    要:基于空预器的传热原理,对进风量、烟气量、不同位置漏风量的变化对于锅炉排烟温度和热风温度的影响规律,并对某热电厂2号机组快速升负荷时排烟温度偏差异常增加的原因进行了分析定位,通过设备检修根除了该故障。

Abstract:Based on the heat-transfer principle of air pre-heater,the influence mode of the changes of the air flow,the flue gas flow,the air leakage in different locations,to the temperature of the hot air and the exhausting gas is researched.The problem of a pulverized coal fired boiler of a thermal power plant,which the deviation of exhausting flue gas temperature increases to an abnormal extend when the boiler load rise up quickly is analyzed,the fault position and fault reason are located exactly,and the fault is eradicated by equipment maintenance at last.The results of this study have a certain significance to solve similar problems.
