NdFeB 永磁合金的晶粒相互作用及其对磁体硬磁性能的影响

摘    要:综述了NdFeB永磁材料中晶粒间的两种相互作用:长程静磁(偶极)相互作用和近邻晶粒的交换耦合作用,及它们对磁体的硬磁性能的影响;还介绍了研究这些相互作用的两种方法:理论模型计算和实验退磁曲线分析。最后介绍了纳米双相复合永磁材料中的晶粒交换耦合相互作用与材料硬磁性能的关系。

Abstract:The intergrain interactions in NdFeB permanent magnetic materials can be classified into the long range magnetostatic interaction(or dipolar interaction)and the exchange coupling interaction of the neighboring grains.These interactions have different effects on the hard magnetic properties of the magnets.The strength of the intergrain interactions depends on the microstructures of materials.The intergrain interactions can be studied by using the theoretical calculation method or analyzing the experimental demagnetization curves of magnets.In the end,for the nanostructured two phase composite permanent magnetic materials,the dependence of the hard magnetic properties on the intergranular exchange coupling interaction is introduced.
